Title: The Faculty Artist: David Seidman Dimensions: 24x36 inches Edition Size: 56/65 Production Technique: Screen Print Gallery: Private Commission
The Faculty by David Seidman is a striking limited edition movie poster that captures the paranoid, small-town dread of Robert Rodriguez's cult 1998 sci-fi horror film with remarkable artistic precision. Produced as a private commission, this piece represents the kind of thoughtful, passion-driven work that defines the alternative poster art movement at its finest — created outside the commercial mainstream with an artist's full creative vision intact.
Seidman's signature approach brings a sophisticated compositional sensibility to this collectible art print, balancing the film's genre energy with a refined graphic aesthetic that rewards close study. The screen print technique, a hallmark of the finest alternative poster studios, delivers rich ink layering and tactile depth that digital reproductions simply cannot replicate. Each pull of the squeegee contributes to a finished piece with genuine handcrafted character.
Numbered 56 from an edition of just 65, this David Seidman art print occupies a rare and enviable position in any serious collection. The exceptionally tight edition size ensures scarcity, while the 24x36 format commands genuine wall presence. For collectors of alternative cinema art and fans of this beloved genre film alike, this piece represents a meaningful and increasingly difficult-to-source acquisition.
