Processing times

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • If an item is marked Pre-Order or Made to Order, the estimated ship window will be shown on the product page.

 

Packaging

  • 24×36 posters ship rolled in a heavy-duty 30×4×4 poster tube with interior protection.

  • Medium prints (anything with a side > 12″ that isn’t 24×36) ship rolled in a 24×4×4 tube.

  • Small prints (≤ 12×12) ship flat in a 12×12×2 rigid mailer/box with corner protection.

  • We never fold posters/prints. Please handle carefully when unboxing.

 

Domestic (U.S.) shipping

  • Carriers: USPS .

    • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

    • USPS Priority / UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

  • Rates are calculated at checkout by weight, package size, and destination.

 


 

International shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries via USPS (shown at checkout).

  • Duties/VAT/import taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility. Your carrier will collect these on delivery.

  • Transit times vary by destination (usually 7–21 business days). Customs processing may add time.

 

Tracking & delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with other household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first; many packages turn up within 24–48 hours.

 

Address changes

  • If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at [poster.malone@icloud.com.com] with your order number.

  • We can update the address before shipment. After shipment, we can help request a reroute (carrier fees may apply).

 

Multiple items / combined shipments

  • Multiple items may ship together or in separate packages depending on size/availability. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

 

High-value orders

  • For security, orders over $500 may ship with signature confirmation. If signature on delivery is a concern, contact us before ordering.

 

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@yourstore.com] with:

     

    • Photos of the item, the tube/box, interior packing, and the shipping label.

     

  • We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund (including shipping) as quickly as possible.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll open a carrier claim and assist with a replacement/refund once the claim is approved.

 


 

Returns

  • Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. In short: 14-day returns on eligible items; buyer pays return shipping; Imperfect/clearance items are final sale. See the full policy.
