Refund policy

Returns & exchanges

  • We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition: unframed, unmounted, untrimmed, and returned rolled in the original tube with all inserts/protective wrap. Posters/prints with handling creases, tape, or surface marks may be refused or partially refunded.

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase. If you need the same item, contact us and we’ll hold one if available.

Final sale (not returnable)

  • Imperfect” or B-grade items

  • Limited/numbered editions when noted “Final Sale” on the product page

  • Gift cards and digital goods

  • Items marked down as Clearance

Damaged or wrong item

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, tube/box, and shipping label. We’ll replace it or refund you (including shipping) as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection.

  • If the item shows signs of handling or inadequate packing, we may issue a partial refund.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel before the order ships. Once shipped, please request a return.

International orders

  • Returns are accepted under the same terms. Return shipping, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibilityand aren’t refundable.

Wrong address / unclaimed packages

  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship with additional postage or issue a refund minus original shipping.
